After receiving a Master’s degree in Psychology, Theresa received her trauma certification in Prolonged Exposure Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania, and most recently she’s been trained to offer EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. She specializes in trauma that spans from early childhood through adulthood. She has extensive experience working with survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, sexual abuse/assault, and those who struggle with PTSD as result of combat including veterans, active military, police officers, and other first responders. She is well versed in the process and cycle of Addiction, including the impact of addiction upon the family system.
