Theresa is a Certified Trauma Specialist who will help you heal from your painful past and the current struggles you have been experiencing. She will guide you in discovering deeper insight into limiting belief systems so that you may live a healthier and more positive lifestyle. Her goal is to assist you in regaining a sense of safety in the present and hopefulness toward your future. After receiving a Master’s degree in Psychology, Theresa received her trauma certification in Prolonged Exposure Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania, and most recently she’s been trained to offer EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. She specializes in trauma that spans from early childhood through adulthood. She has extensive experience working with survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, sexual abuse/assault, and those who struggle with PTSD as result of combat including veterans, active military, police officers, and other first responders. She is well versed in the process and cycle of Addiction, including the impact of addiction upon the family system.

Theresa's approach to the therapeutic process is Person-Centered and Trauma Informed. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified in the Sanctuary Model and is a Certified First Responder Therapist. Modalities include Prolonged Exposure Therapy, EMDR, and CBT.

Sarah Banach, LCSW, C-DBT

Are you or your child struggling with difficult emotions? Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed and unsure of what to do? Is your child struggling with relationships or lashing out? Have you noticed that you are taking your struggles out on those closest to you or anyone attempting to support you?

When we are struggling with difficult emotions sometimes they come out as negative behaviors, i.e. dishonesty, anger, aggression, doing poorly in school/work & trouble connecting with others.

Sarah’s goal is to work with parents and teens together to assist them in understanding one another and rebuilding their family relationships.

Sarah also specializes in working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, verbal conflict, and anger/aggression. She enjoys working with people to help them understand their emotions so that they may find their voice. Joining her in therapy means working together to address the patterns that have you or your teen feeling stuck. The aim is to create change.

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She utilizes ABFT, CBT, and DBT skills to help build self awareness and establish emotional strength.

Maureen Broderick, MS

With over 8 years of experience working with people who are suffering with depression, anxiety, and addiction, Maureen uses evidence based modalities to guide you through the healing process. Maureen’s goal is to help you break free from the patterns that are holding you back from living the life you want.

Her approach is person-centered and empathetic and she will meet you where you are with compassion and without judgment. Maureen fosters an environment of safety so that you may explore and identify difficult feelings. Through connection and acceptance healing can take place.

Maureen is pre-licensed and supervised by Theresa Onorato, LPC, CFRC, EMDR.

Jessica Bonner, LPC

Jessica provides a space for you to safely explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. She will guide you in exploring and identifying your needs as well as assist you in achieving healthy goals.

This is your weekly hour to focus on just YOU. Jessica utilizes mindfulness and intention setting while pulling from a strengths-based and client-centered approach.

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Jessica has extensive crisis training, experience with teens, young adults, families, and group therapy. She is Gottman Level I certified for Couple’s and Marriage Counseling, and also uses CBT, ACT, and DBT skills to help build self awareness and establish emotional strength.
